What a charming home this is, with beautiful sea and mountain views, your own private garden and situated on Sea Terra Reserve gated complex in the foothills of Tatisu. The complex itself has many facilities including 2 communal pools, childrens playground & games room, crazy golf, a gym, an indoor pool and the fantastic ‘Up the Hill’ restaurant, which does amazing food. The apartment is lovely and bright, has two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and an open-plan living space; there are patio doors from both the living room and master bedroom leading to the spacious covered terrace and garden area.

Tatlisu - Tatlisu is a charming village located on the northern coast of Cyprus, east of Kyrenia and Esentepe. The castle was built by the Byzantines in the 10th century and was later expanded and renovated by the Lusignans and Venetians. Its strategic location allowed it to serve as an important lookout point for the island’s defences against Arab raids. During the Ottoman period, it was used as a prison and a watchtower. Today, Kantara Castle is a popular tourist destination in Northern Cyprus, offering visitors the opportunity to explore its ancient ruins and learn about the island’s history. The castle walls, towers, and various rooms and chambers within the castle are open to visitors. From the top of the castle, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, including the Mediterranean Sea to the north and the Mesaoria Plain to the south.
