Structural Features The storage units are designed with sandwich panel facade and ceiling applications on box profile, H profile, and/or I profile steel system, with automatic rolling shutter doors, at least 6 security cameras with software, and will be delivered. Additional floor space is included in the project and licensed, and can be added extra upon request. Easy Access The door of our storage area is wide and high, designed to accommodate truck and truck entry. The floor of our storage area is concrete and has a heavy load bearing capacity. In our storage compartments, the electrical infrastructure for the office, three-phase or single-phase electricity options according to need, and necessary plumbing infrastructure for toilet and kitchen facilities have been designed. Our storage area is located close to the largest ports, customs, logistics, and trade centers of Cyprus, providing easy access. Easy Storage/Racking Our storage area provides high security with a total of approximately 210 security cameras. The buildings are suitable for storing all kinds of materials and products by their structure. The internal site roads are designed with adequate width considering truck operations and maneuvering capabilities. A minimum internal height (6 meters) is aimed for easy storage/racking operations.
