The space
For two people it is 40 Euros per night and for three people 55 Euros per night.
Accommodates up to 3 people (but subject to availability we can increase this capacity), making it perfect for couples, families, friends and work retreats.
The bedroom has a two single bed of 90cmx200cm and there is sofa bed of 100cmx200cm inside the living room which can be used for a second or third person upon request.
The living room and kitchen are integrated into the same wide and functional space.
The entire apartment is yours and it comes with:
- A sitting space with comfortable sofas.
- Smart TV with Netflix.
- Free Wi-Fi for all our guests.

- A bedroom with a king-size bed

Guest access
- My guests are located in the apartment either by myself or by other family members.
- There is a door lock system we will give the password of it with Wi-Fi access.
- Free public parking.
- Late check-out between 12:00 and 17:00 is possible but you will
be charged 20 €.
- Our housekeeping team can provide you extra services during
your stay for additional charges.
- Our guest relations team will follow up with you from the moment you inquire
about the place until the moment you check out.
- If you need anything, we will provide you with the support needed.
All these conditions are offered subject to availability and prior confirmation at least 24 hours before entry.
Arrival
- We have a local bus stop in front of our building.
- There are taxi services at the airport (https://ercantaxi.com) ,it may cost you at around 450TL and 600TL depending on the size of the car.
- Ercan Airport is 35 minutes (26km) away with car (if you renting a car), if you do not have a rented car then there is a KIBHAS bus service of around 100TL per person. (https://kibhas.org/servisler/ercan) that comes to Gönyeli, literally 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
*If you wish we can always arrange for you a possible special transportation from or to the airport upon your request as well.
