| FORTES TRADE CENTER PLAZA BLOCK Our Plaza block, located in the center of our project, is designed as a high-rise symbol building with a modern, high-tech, safe, and aesthetic architectural structure. Our Plaza block, designed to meet all kinds of business needs, stands out with its working areas designed in the city's most valuable location, offering unique designs with every detail meticulously considered. The Plaza block consists of Ground Floor + 6 floors + Roof Floor. At the ground floor entrance section, there is a reception and card entry system, while the rest of the floor is designed as a semi-open parking area. Each normal floor has a total of 24 offices, with 4 offices on each floor. Our building has two elevators, shared WC/restroom on each floor, and a roof bar/barbecue area for celebrations and relaxation for Plaza employees. The exterior facade of the Plaza block is cladding glass; the exterior facade of the Plaza block is designed as cladding glass, with composite panels and installation and climate control products hidden on main axes. The Plaza will be delivered with completed central internet and TV infrastructure and telephone infrastructure. The centrally planned Internet and TV infrastructures will prevent visual pollution in the project phase. Ready infrastructure; Necessary electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning infrastructures will be ready in each office. The floor will be delivered with concrete screed and thin plastered walls. Technical infrastructures are designed at necessary points for each office section, providing possibilities for different preferences such as function change/room opening/division kitchen-WC-bathroom construction. Modern design; The Plaza block aims to be one of the symbolic structures in the region by using modern lighting on the exterior facade. It offers a magnificent mountain view on the north facade and a city view on the south. The building entrances will be on the ground floor with a card system under the supervision of the receptionist. With a total of approximately 210 cameras in common areas of the building and throughout the project, the project provides high security.
