FORTES Trade Center Storage Section
There are a total of 33 warehouses in 7 main types to meet the different needs of operators with warehouses of different sizes.

Structural Features
The warehouses are designed with sandwich panel facade and ceiling on box profile, H-profile, and/or I-profile steel system, automatic rolling shutter doors, at least 6 security cameras, and software. Mezzanine areas are included in the project and licensed, and can be additionally constructed upon request.

Easy Access
The gate of our warehouse is wide and high, designed to accommodate truck and trailer access. The floor of our warehouse is concrete and has the capacity to carry heavy loads. Electrical infrastructure for offices, three-phase or single-phase electricity options as needed, and necessary plumbing infrastructure for toilet and kitchen are designed in the warehouse sections. Our warehouse is located close to the largest ports, customs, logistics, and trade centers in Cyprus, providing easy access.

Easy Storage/Shelving
Our warehouse provides high security with approximately 210 security cameras in total. The buildings are suitable for storing all kinds of materials and products. Internal roads within the site are designed with sufficient width taking into account truck operations and maneuverability. Achieving a minimum warehouse height of 6 meters aims to facilitate storage/shelving operations.
