FORTES TRADE CENTER PLAZA BLOCK Our Plaza block, located in the center of our project, is designed as our symbolic building with its modern, high-tech and safe, aesthetic architectural structure. Our Plaza block, designed to meet all the needs of the business world, creates a difference with working spaces designed in a way to respond to every kind of need, is unique with its designs in the most valuable location of the city, and every detail has been meticulously thought out. The Plaza block consists of Ground Floor + 6 floors + Roof Floor. A reception and card entry system are located in the ground floor entrance section of the Plaza block, and the rest of the floor is designed as a semi-open parking area. There are a total of 24 offices with 4 offices on each normal floor. Our building has double elevators, a shared WC/washbasin on each floor, and a roof bar/barbecue area for the celebration and relaxation of Plaza employees in the roof section. The exterior facade of the Plaza block is designed as clad glass; the main axes will have concealed installations and air conditioning products with composite panels. The Plaza will be delivered with completed central internet and TV infrastructure and telephone infrastructures. The centrally planned Internet and TV infrastructures in the project phase will prevent visual pollution. Infrastructure is ready; Necessary electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning infrastructures will be ready in each office. The floor will be delivered with screed concrete and the walls in a thin plastered condition. Technical infrastructures are planned at necessary points for each office section, providing the possibility for different preferences such as function change/room opening/dividing kitchen-toilet-bathroom construction. Modern design; The Plaza block aims to be one of the symbolic structures in the region by using modern lighting on the exterior facade. It offers a magnificent mountain view on the northern facade and a city view on the south. The building entrances will have a card system, with a receptionist on the entrance floor. With a total of approximately 210 cameras in the common areas of the building and throughout the project, the project offers high security.
