1.GENERAL FEATURES OF THE UNITS

5. WOODEN FRAME AND DOORS

6.ALUMINUM, WINDOWS AND DOOR

The aluminum parts in this project are suitable for the project in terms of model and size, and have black frames to provide the best sound insulation. was selected from the double-glazed Cosmo series.

7.WATER TANKS

The water tanks of the units are antibacterial PVC, and the water tanks of all units are 3 tons underground and on the roof. There is an extra 1 ton of storage. Underground rooms will be built to protect the tanks from the sun and other effects of nature.

8. BATHROOM-WC EQUIPMENT

All bathroom and WC equipment will be chrome. All fixtures will be first class and chrome plated suitable for use. Wet areas will be tiled with ceramics within the framework of the options offered by us.

9.ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Street lighting in accordance with TRNC ELECTRICAL CORPORATION standards will be installed on all private and main roads. All electrical installations within the villas will be installed and controlled according to TRNC ELECTRICAL CORPORATION standards. All materials used in electricity are Wylex, Tenby, Ashley or equivalent to these brands.

10.INTERIOR, EXTERIOR PAINTING AND FACADE WORKS

The exteriors of the villas are three layers of plaster. The final process will be insulated painting on the exterior and first quality elastometric painting on the interior. Before starting the painting process, all surfaces will be cleaned and sanded, and then the paint application will begin.

13. ENVIRONMENTAL LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE

In our project, swimming pools are optional for each unit and are designed to be 6mx9m in size. It can be added to the backyards of each Unit upon request

All our units have air conditioning systems infrastructure for both heating and cooling.
