Beşparmak mountains, located on the northern slope, in one of the highest locations open to development, leaning its back on a lush forest, facing the blue waters of the Mediterranean in the north, over the sea in the west. This location, facing the setting sun and bearing the physical characteristics of a typical Mediterranean village, required an impressive design that did justice to the land and was identical to its spirit. When the 'rural' feeling of being on the edge of the forest is blended with a modern 'minimalism', which is the best reaction to the chaos of today's accelerating life, it creates an indescribable, well-thought-out project. While the roofed geometric forms that vaguely form in the surroundings are transformed into a simple, sharp-lined, iconic symbol of modernism, İncesu Mediterranian is a project in which regional/local crushed stone, brute concrete on the decomposing eaves, and inevitable white walls reflecting the Mediterranean sun are delicately blended. However, beyond this formal concept, an interior layout whose functionality has been considered down to its most special points, arrangements that flow into the outdoor space, bringing both visual and physical greenery and nature inside, flowing what is inside to the outside, and still preserving privacy, make this project very special and far beyond its counterparts.
Our project, located 1 km south of Alsancak center, on a parcel adjacent to the upper border of İncesi village and the forest land at the back, is easily accessible to the newly developing Alsancak center and surrounding facilities, 5 km away from Kyrenia and easily connected to all cities from here thanks to the ring road. It has a road network. In addition to offering a quiet life in the countryside, by the forest, away from the crowds of the city, easy access to the city's facilities is the most attractive part of the location. Direct access to the common areas from each residence, as well as the common pool and sun terraces, common WC and showers, and the poolside café/bar turn into a visual feast overlooking the mountain view on one side and the sea on the other. In common areas, the local landscape character used in residential gardens is continued. The materials used in the residences are of first class quality, features such as central heating and cooling, built-in shower systems, linear stainless steel floor drains, ceramic-based walk-in showers, wall-hung toilets, concealed cisterns, which have become standard by the company and are not yet included in many residential developments. It is also offered to its users in this project. The development, which consists of 20 175 square meters 3+1 duplex villas and 12 110 square meters 2+1 duplex row houses, consists of 32 residences in total.
