The most picturesque and peaceful agricultural land in the Besparmak mountains. A pristine and remote location halfway between Esentepe and Antiphonitis Monastery.

It has an abundance of mature Olive, Carob, Pine, Cypress and other tree varieties, as well as many colours of rock roses, different bushes, beautiful indigenous flora and wild mushrooms and orchids.

The rare beautiful grassy land has many grassy and shady glades and rocky outcrops. The topography of the land sloping gently toward the sea, ideal rainwater harvesting.

Natural pathways criss-cross the land made over the centuries by local sheep and goats. Also fertilizing the land so that the soil is organic and productive.

Pure healthy, pristine spring water can lies under the land in many places. This same drinking water (from my valley land), has improved my own health immensely over the last 10 years!

This little paradise is loved so much by all who visit and it was my dream to have my off grid smallholding there, using a large (non permanent), log cabin as my home. An ideal dacha, kins domain, or simply a summer heat retreat!

The energies in these mountains are particularly healing and very positive – the serpent line crossing from Stonehenge to Ayers Rock!

Although, I may consider selling the separate kocans (6 parcels), if someone wished to form a COMMUNITY together. Each kocan has a separate access route.
