It has an abundance of mature Olive, Carob, Pine, Cypress and other tree varieties, as well as many colours of rock roses, different bushes, beautiful indigenous flora and wild mushrooms and orchids.
The rare beautiful grassy land has many grassy and shady glades and rocky outcrops. The topography of the land sloping gently toward the sea, ideal rainwater harvesting.
Natural pathways criss-cross the land made over the centuries by local sheep and goats. Also fertilizing the land so that the soil is organic and productive.
Pure healthy, pristine spring water can lies under the land in many places. This same drinking water (from my valley land), has improved my own health immensely over the last 10 years!
This little paradise is loved so much by all who visit and it was my dream to have my off grid smallholding there, using a large (non permanent), log cabin as my home. An ideal dacha, kins domain, or simply a summer heat retreat!
The elevation of the land benefits, year round, from healthy, pine scented cooler breezes. As well as uninterrupted 360 unspoilt panoramic views of the sea, forest and mountains. (not a building in sight!).
There are many different tracks, and a road to access the land, as well as many beautiful walks and bridleways to Antiphonitis, Alevkaya, Esentepe village and the coastal beaches.

It is totally permitted to have a small farm, garden produce, bees, horses and donkeys 😊A same escape from world turmoil. The energies in these mountains are particularly healing and very positive – the serpent line crossing from Stonehenge to Ayers Rock!
The entire land is surrounded by Forestry Commission land, again, ensuring your privacy.
I am seeking a QUICK SALE, and the price reflects this. I also prefer to sell to ONE single purchaser.
Although, I may consider selling the separate kocans (6 parcels), if someone wished to form a COMMUNITY together. Each kocan has a separate access route.
