Our project is being built as 8 floors, 6 blocks and 312 flats on an area of 12,000 m2 +. In our project, we will have 88 1+0 (Studio), 128 1+1 and 96 2+1 flats.
The Net Area of the Studio Flats is 37 m2 and the Gross Area is 42 m2.
< p>Net Area of 1+1 Flats is 50-52 m2, Gross Area is 57-59 m2,Net Area of 2+1 Flats is 94-96 m2, Gross Area is 108-109 m2.

PAYMENT PLAN TO OWN AN APARTMENT:
1) 5% of the total price of the apartment is paid as a deposit. The flat is reserved by making a Deposit-Reservation agreement between the parties.
2) 35% down payment is paid by the customer within 20-30 days. A Flat Purchase-Sell Agreement is signed between the parties.
3) The remaining 60% of the flat fee will be paid monthly for 20 months, as of 01.04.2024, until the date when the blocks, and therefore the flats, will be officially put into use, that is, until the Occupancy certificate is received. It is paid by the buyer in the form of payments.
We will operate our site with professional staff trained in our hotel.
