Our project is being built on an area of 12,000 m2 + with 8 floors, 6 Blocks, and 312 apartments. In our project, we will have 88 units of 1+0 (Studio), 128 units of 1+1, and 96 units of 2+1 apartments.

INSTALLMENT PLAN TO BECOME AN APARTMENT OWNER:
1) 5% of the total apartment price is paid as a down payment. An agreement is made between the parties for the down payment-reservation, and the apartment is reserved.
2) 35% down payment is made by the customer within 20-30 days. A Purchase-Sale Contract is signed between the parties.
3) The remaining 60% of the apartment price will be paid by the buyer in monthly installments over 20 months until the date the blocks, and therefore the apartments, are officially put into use, that is, until the occupancy permit is obtained, as of 01.04.2024.
We will manage our site with professionally trained staff from our hotel.
